Scope

These terms govern all purchases made through this shop, which is operated by YL Trading GmbH, Sinserstrasse 67, 6330 Cham, Switzerland (UID CHE-337.282.389) — referred to below as "delutrap" or "we". Full details are on the imprint page.

Prices & payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT (MWST). Our VAT number is CHE-337.282.389 MWST. Orders shipped outside Switzerland may attract import duties or local VAT on arrival, which are borne by the customer. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

Shipping

We ship to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria, France and Italy. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Returns

A voluntary 30-day return right applies as described on the Returns page. Statutory warranty rights for defective goods remain unaffected.

Product imagery

Product and campaign imagery may differ in minor details from the physical garment. Fabric, weight, and fit specifications on each product page are authoritative.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Cham,Zug, Switzerland; mandatory consumer-protection venues remain unaffected.
