When does my order ship?+
Within 24 hours on working days, from Switzerland. CH delivery takes 2–4 working days, EU 4–7.
What if the size doesn't fit?+
Free size exchange within Switzerland, and free 30-day returns everywhere we ship. The cut is relaxed — between sizes, size down.
Why won't my colour look exactly like the photo?+
Every piece is garment-dyed in small batches. Wash variance is real and intentional — your charcoal is not their charcoal.
Will sold-out items come back?+
Not in the same wash. Drops are numbered and finite. Join the list to get the next drop 24 hours early.
How do I pay?+
Cards via Stripe's secure hosted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Who do I contact about my order?+
Email us via the contact page with your order reference (DLT-…). We answer within one working day.
