Returns & Exchanges

30-day returns

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Free exchanges

Size exchanges are free within Switzerland. Contact us with your order reference and the size you need; we ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return.

How to return

Email us at the address on the imprint page with your order reference. You will receive a return authorization and the return address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, via our payment provider Stripe.

Faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us — we cover return shipping and offer replacement or full refund, as required by Swiss consumer law.
